Learn about osteoporosis, how to get diagnosed and how to improve outcomes with simple lifestyle interventions.

Osteoporosis is a disease resulting in low bone mineral density. It is known as a silent disease — meaning it often has no symptoms. Most people don’t know they have osteoporosis until they break or fracture a bone.

Join us at Nowra Library to hear from the team at Well-Being Health and Movement (WHAM) as they chat about this disease, how to get diagnosed and how diet and exercise can improve outcomes. If you do not have osteoporosis but have low bone density or concerns, this seminar may be helpful for you also!

This event is part of a series held in conjunction with Well-Being Health and Movement (WHAM). Stay tuned for next month's session!
